Cancellation policy
I believe that each therapeutic session is a personal and unique space specially designed for you,
With full commitment to your process and our shared growth.
However, time is a precious resource, and when a treatment or workshop is canceled at short notice,
I have no option but to give this window to another person who needs treatment.
Canceling or changing a personal treatment appointment:
• Cancellation or change up to 12 hours before the treatment date – no charge.
• Cancellation or change less than 12 hours in advance - the full cost of the treatment will be charged or the treatment will be deducted from your treatment card.
Cancellation of participation in a couples workshop:
• Cancellation up to 12 hours before the workshop date – no charge.
• Cancellation less than 12 hours before the workshop date - 50% of the workshop cost will be charged.
Late arrival:
Being late for treatment may shorten the duration of treatment, out of respect for the schedule of other patients.
However, the full cost of treatment will be charged.
Exceptional cases:
I understand that sometimes life brings with it unexpected situations and I am always here to listen and consider.
If there is a special reason for cancellation or rescheduling, I act with flexibility and understanding, to find the best solution for everyone.
At the same time, it is important to me to maintain mutual respect for our time and the time of others, so that everyone can get the most out of the therapeutic session.
